February 7th & RTE

Dear all – Thanks for all of you who stuck around with us last Wednesday while RTE was in the house. We are aware that some of you didn’t want to be involved and we absolutely respect this. For those of you who agreed to be filmed the report will be on today on RTE’s 6 o’clock news.

Upcoming Speed Dating Events

Just a quick update to all of you who might wonder about the future of Doyle’s bar as our event location. We have just secured a deal with the owners guarantying us the availability of the venue throughout 2007. So that’s very good news as we have been very pleased with the location so far and can not think of any better.

I am looking forward to seeing you all soon in good old Doyle’s.

Cancelation of the event: January 18th

My apologies to all customers who had already signed up to the Thursday event on January 18th. On Monday I received a call from the owner of the Doyles Pub telling us that it won’t be possible to hold the next event due to “unforeseen chains of events” (that were his words and god knows what evener that means?).

Luckily we were able to place almost everyone into one of our next speed dating events in January and February. To everyone else: Your refunds have been processed yesterday and are on their way. Last Event in 2006

Thanks to everybody who showed up yesterday night to our last event in this year. For all of those who couldn’t make it. It was a great atmosphere and a good mixture of interesting people. We are just in the middle of counting the evaluation sheets and will inform all participants about their successful matches by tomorrow.

Good luck for all of you and have a nice and quite Christmas 2006. All the best and watch out for our events in 2007.
